Mentoring
We facilitate one-to-one and group mentoring programmes to support those on the frontline of workplace mental health issues. Ongoing or ad hoc support, tailored to your needs, will empower staff and help them avoid burn out.
One-to-one mentoring
Drawing on theory from counselling, psychoanalysis, positive psychology and coaching, we work one-on-one with individuals to boost their wellbeing and increase their confidence. We can help individuals:
Reflect on and be supported through difficult times.
Increase their resilience in the face of stressful projects or challenging relationships.
Recognise patterns of thinking or behaviour that get in the way of their goals.
Develop evidence-based wellbeing programmes to rollout for the wider workforce (e.g. for HR Directors).
Group supervision and facilitated dialogue
We facilitate group sessions to support those who support others. Looking out for colleagues in distress can be enormously rewarding, but those in helping roles need to be supported to manage the knock-on impacts and keep their skills updated. This may include line managers, mental health first aiders, HR teams or trusted champions across the business. We facilitate groups to:
Share and reflect on experiences.
Increase their self-awareness and build self-care skills.
Benefit from peer-to-peer learning and support.
Keep their helping and advocacy skills up-to-date.
Discounts are available for voluntary sector organisations, small businesses and multiple bookings.
