Training
We design and deliver mental health workshops that will change the way your employees think, feel and act. We offer Mental Health First Aid training, as well as a wide range of bespoke workshops, talks and tools. Participants will increase their knowledge, skills and confidence, with content tailored to their needs. From listening and self-awareness skills, to resilience and stress management, to supporting employees who have been bereaved.
Training includes:
MHFA Two Day accredited course
This evidence-based two-day course certifies participants as Mental Health First Aiders. The Health and Safety Executive now recommend that all companies consider training mental health first aiders alongside their physical first aiders.

Improved self-awareness and non-judgmental listening skills.
A certification to act as mental health first aiders in the workplace and community.

Bespoke workshop design and delivery
We design and deliver bespoke workshops, talks and tools. These are targeted at organisations with unique or specific needs. Perhaps your workforce don't respond well to long training sessions and need a series of bite-sized interventions. Perhaps they need more advanced or in-depth help on a specific topic, such as management skills, boundaries or anxiety.
Bespoke sessions can be structured as:
In-person or online interactive workshops.
In-person, online or pre-recorded short talks, insight sessions or Q&As.
Take-away tools and exercises for individuals and teams to build their awareness and skills remotely.
Discounts are available for voluntary sector organisations, small businesses and multiple bookings.
